After reading Sir Max's book on the last year of the War against the Empire of Japan. I decided to read a bit more of this excellent historians work. I was not disappointed. Without giving it away, I can say that his career was most impressive. The section about the "Troubles" in Northern Ireland was an eye opener to say the least.This book is well worth the time time & coin!
